If you like your dog fluffy, with fur that’s long and soft, then keep them brushed at home or I will shave it off.
We will not accept dogs that are more than 15 min late, if you are running late please give us a call.
No Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled groom. Failure to pay before next appointment will result in immediate cancelation of all future appointments. Failure to show up on a Saturday will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled groom
All female dogs during their heat cycle will be charged an extra $10 cleaning fee unless she is brought with a clean diaper.
Please allow your dog to go potty right before bringing them to the salon if they go potty more then once in the shop there will be a charge.
All Grooming pets that have not been picked up by 5pm will be charged $20 day care fee. Daycare and grooming pets that are not picked up by 7pm you will be charged a boarding fee of $50, and the pet will be left unattended at Spaw day’s facilities overnight. you will be able to pick up your pet the next morning. If not picked up one hour after opening you will be charged our daycare fee of $29. Pets that have been left longer then 24 hours will be surrendered to Lucky’s place.
Spaw day grooming only uses kennels when necessary if your pet injuries another pet you are liable.
By leaving your pet at Spaw day you agree to these terms.
